This cafe is synonymous with everything you love about Totnes. A little bit \off the wall\ ....in the nicest sense. Been here twice now, the first time we sat outside, opposite the cafe on the butter walk in the glorious sunshine, taking in the camaraderie of the bustling market, a busker and the enjoyment of people having fun. Inside, the second time, the decor is quirky, it's very small, the ambiance is good but with the threat of covid about it was chilly with all the doors and windows open. But the food? Wowee....the food!! A choice of salads to behold and they change them regularly. The flavours/tastes are to die for. It's not cheap at 10 each and I think the rule that you cannot share one salad between you is petty and not becoming. The staff are friendly and it is wonderful......you have to go....

Very disappointed,We were not made aware they close at 3 pm .When we entered .We were told when ordering we could have more of what we liked .I did this but was told sorry all gone ! We close at 3pm this was twenty to three. Whilst we were sitting finishing our meal we had to put up with someone sweeping up and not taking into consideration of the distance we have to have these days . We felt that we had completely wasted our money .
If you don't know what healthy food is then go to Seeds and experience it there And it's delicious Gem of a place
Outstanding food, wonderful service from charming genuine people, covid precautions are done in an enchanting fashion. Good value for a premium restaurant. Do go. Also delicious and healthy!
I had a delicious vegan lunch here for 7.95! All you can eat (just don't waste!) They had 3 items that were not vegan, so just ask the staff. It is 100% vegetarian, and about 90% vegan on the day I went.
