What an awesome little shop. Bigger on the inside than the front suggests. The owner is very passionate about the products he sells and is obviously as passionate about the community he serves. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Paul is as passionate about products, as he is about customer service. A little gem, full of goodness. Very well stocked with all things fresh, natural, and organic. Plenty of Infinity Foods products. Use it or lose it.

The best health food / organic / general store in the whole of Brighton. This tiny store is like the tardis. For such a small place it stocks an amazing selection of wonderful stuff. Always service with a smile. Eat healthy, shop local, choose Seed n Sprout, you'll be gad you did.

Really good health store with friendly owners/staff. They do a nice selection of home made biscuits, cup cakes etc. Delicious. They are usually located immediately on the right as you go in.
