Never go to this hospital. Poorly managed. Loosing blood samples to forgetting patients medications and accused of being a drug addict when I went in for a pulled muscle while suffering seizures. I had be staff member scoff at me when explaining that I have seizures. Never go to this hospital

Nice intake person but the cardiologist was cold as ice.

A family member came in last night to be treated. When she said she needed to go to the bathroom they told her to wait until they brought in a wheel chair. She could no longer wait and peed all over herself and the bed. Her husband asked several times what was going on with her they refused to talk to him. A nurse or receptionist told him they were too busy to talk to him, but they weren't too busy to be standing behind the nurse's station yapping their jaws! I'd give zero stars if it were possible. The treatment and service here has gone extremely downhill and they should be looked into by the higher ups in Peace Health!

I was admitted with stroke symptoms 3 years ago. I am only writing this now because I haven't been able to because of the brain damage I suffered. The MRI machine was broken, and I had to wait 2&1/2 days for a supposed repair, then the Dr. came to tell me that I had only suffered a TIA, and it didn't make sense for me to wait any longer and discharged me. My neurologist assures me that I had actually suffered a moderate stroke. I did not receive any mitigating medication during this time.So much for FAST while they wasted important time during which my brain could have used oxygen I was charged approx 7,000 a day for room and board.I was walked to my car and then I proceeded to have difficulty staying on the right side of the road barely avoiding several head on accidents, What really pisses me off is that they could have sent me to Saint Joseph's, an affiliate hospital, where I went afterwards and had excellent care, and also experienced a working MRI. anymore, it's all water under the bridge, but I want to warn anyone with stroke symptoms, to remember that time is of the essence, and that if the MRI is broken they should insist on a quicker alternative than waiting for it to be fixed.
