My experiance has been far better than other companies iv used in the past i found the costomer service to be on point and the technicians are great to deal with and have always been on time wich is a rare thing were i live lol my experiance has been great no complaints

Had monitored system with them for 17 years. The last 3 years were deplorable. Calls for service were promised but not fulfilled on several occasions. Graydon continued to withdraw monthly fees after written instruction to cancel account. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service company.
