Please check your facts before buying with Patrick Hobbs. Note: he was the seller's agent ...Very very deceiving. Would do anything for a quick sale! We'll be filing a complaint for misrepresentation after he sold a house to us neighboring a party airbnb with a long complaints record after we specifically raised the concern. Since we moved in, every weekend is just a party and we can't enjoy our home. His answer was ... complain to the SCRD. Why should we deal with this when we wouldn't have bought this house to begin with, had he disclosed it. I would not recommend dealing with this brokerage, very unprofessional.

I was playing a game called GeoGuessr, and I saw a Remax sign on the road. The number was on the sign, so I immediately called. I was very pleased to find exactly where I was. I won my game by 5000 points. Thank you so much Remax. Some of my family members are in the real estate business, so I understand the business side of everything and that it’s hard to make time for all of your clients. I felt extremely happy that they took the time to talk to me. I felt like I was at home with family, even though I live in another country. I took some more time to look at your beautiful town, and I was in love instantly. I am going to ask my parents to move us to British Colombia. I feel if I show them enough about this amazing town, they would love to move us there. Of course I will miss some people, but it will definitely be worth it to move to a place such as yours. I’ll make SURE to buy a house from you and recommend you to everyone I know. I hope to meet you all soon, have a good day!
