SUPER RUDE MANAGER. Won't be going here again. Support local instead of chains and go to Quality Garden and Pet in Gibsons or All For Pets. Only thing they have going for them is the dogbath but you can't even use that right now. ZERO STARS. Also, the prices are more expensive than local stores. This place gets a big fat BOOO!

Store has a good range of products and service friendly and helpful at all times except for 1 lady, who I have witnessed be impatient and bordering on rude to several other customers and myself. I have found customer service lacking, however. I ordered a second scratching post, same as one I had bought there a couple weeks previously. First I didn’t hear from them for a month after ordering, I had to go in and ask about it and was told the order did not come in; then they called to say it was in but when I went in it was the wrong one, even though the sales person and I had identified the correct one on their computer before placing the order; then they reordered the correct one again over a month ago and I have not heard from them since; all in all over 2 months waiting. I was buying the extra one to help stop my cats scratching the new sofa which arrived over 2 months ago so the purpose for the scratching post is really lost at this point....the cats scratched the sofa....not that I hold the store responsible for that but who knows if the extra scratching post would’ve helped? I will be taking my business elsewhere - 2 other pet stores in town. It’s a shame because the store is convenient for me where I shop for groceries, pharmacy in town.
