Until today I've had good experiences in this shop with friendly helpful staff with positive attitudes. Today was the opposite unfortunately. After waiting to go into the store to make a purchase, I was met with a staff member who was immediately cold, hard and unfriendly with a bad attitude. It seemed that I was just an annoyance and felt that she wanted no customers to annoy her. She was also nasty to my dog (I thought, if you don't like animals then don't work in a pet store). I was told about the protocol for covid ie sanitize your hands etc. I have absolutely no problem with any store's protocol, but the negative arrogant tone in which it's delivered is not necessary. To top it off she was behind the aisle I was in bad mouthing me to another staff member and skewing what really had transpired to her benefit. I could hardly wait to leave that store and certainly will never be back. As I left she gave me a sarcastic \have a nice day\ with that same rude arrogant tone. Wow. Nice. To me this person is a detriment to this business. I've spent a lot of money there but no more. I'll be shopping at all of the other friendly pet stores on the Coast from now on and I'll pass on how I was treated as well.

Very knowledgable staff! Fair prices.
Outstanding customer service. Very informative and helped me make my selection for my parrots treats and food. The only thing I would suggest (even for them to pull in some more business) open it up to 3 or 4 people in store rather then just 1.
The ppl r great bit the supplier s should give them items like feeder tongs and more reptile stuff
We popped in while walking around in the downtown area. They have a good selection of cat/dog items, along with some fish/reptile/bird items further in the back.
