If I could give no stars I would. the customer service at the doctors office is literally zero. Called in for my immunization records from my childhood was told that the records don’t exist and was not offered any further help to pick up my records. completely cold, unhelpful and rejectful to my request. This was not the first time this doctors office was completely unhelpful. I switched my doctors office for good reason. ALL I NEEDED WAS A COPY OF MY PAST HISTORY WITH THIS DOCTOR AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN HELP WITH THAT !! Shocked these people are considered the smarter side of Society

This looked like a great care in the beginning as it’s hours are best compared to any other hospital nearby. But, I always find APNs only. This is not acceptable, they should maintain right balance.
I would give it a no star if I was able to. You make an appointment and still have to wait for an hour to be seen. TERRIBLE! Why make appointments if you are over booking? Just tell people to come in and you will be seen as a first come first serve basis! I will be looking for another pediatrician.
Dr. Baker is the best pediatrician that my children have ever seen. I have moved twice in the past 5 years and needed to switch doctors for them. His bedside manner is wonderful (my kids love him). He takes his time, has extensive hours at multiple different locations throughout NJ, and is always available (he gives you his cell phone number and says to text him with ANYTHING 24/7!!!!!!) So happy I've found him for my children.
Worst management. Even with appointment have to wait for 1- 1 1/2 hour . Management did send the walkins who came after us before us. Really frustrating.
