Love the food here. It's usually good.I had some pork chunks with white rice and beans there today and the white rice was either old from the day before or stale. It just wasn't right. Besides thats coffee was great pork was great. Service was great.

Havana Restaurant is great, they have been open for awhile and have truly grown as a restaurant. They have expanded, decorated, and improved the menu. They did all this and they still provide great service, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere.

This is the most consistently fantastic food I think I've ever had. Everything is good. Everything. But the pastries.....the pastries are amazing! Do yourself a favor and try the guava pastry. They are mind blowing! One of the best food joints in Highlands County!

Tried this place for the first time while I was in the area. My son ordered the special of the day which was shredded beef. I'm Cuban and know how it's supposed to taste. All I can say is, DON'T. I tried it and it tasted like how canned dog food smells. Aweful. I had the chicken fricassee and it was ok. Nothing to return for. Then tried the guava pastries and they purchase frozen ones you can buy in Miami and heat them up. They are pretty bad. Tried the flan. Another fail!! Bottom line I would rather eat in any fast food before this place. Not sure who's idea it was to open a restaurant but they need a cook!!

Havana baked some cupcakes for my daughters birthday party. Very happy about how they turned out. Looking forward to dinning in!
