Went here on a walkabout date today. The store was beautiful, clean organized and full of light. Whitney was delightful and helped me find a tea that meet what I was looking for and I am now enjoying Raspberry Rose Oolong. So delicious can't wait to go back and try other flavors. Thanks for a great experience!

This place is absolutely impressed by the various of the selection! I try their Hawaiian tea, they smell great, a little sour with a touch of the fruit infusion. The staff was super helpful and friendly. She was so patient with my question. Thank you so much. Highly appreciated even if you don't like tea, I'm sure you can find something you like here!!
A recent online order was an awful experience. They charged my account immediately, but for 8 days my order showed ‘unfulfilled’. The website states 1-3 days priority mail. No one answered the only number listed for ALL their stores. A recording stated their business ‘answering’ hours, but for over three days no one answered or responded to the detailed messages that they requested I leave. No response via email messages either. Finally, on day 8 they responded that my order was still in their queue as they’ve been busy. Well, it was a gift, and now it would be over due, so I requested a refund. The refund was easier than trying to purchase their products. *UPDATE: Steepology Tea’s business phone recording, emails, Facebook, or Instagram did not address or notify customers of these weather delays. It would have been easy, and satisfactory customer Service*
Nice selection of loose leaf teas with different blends. Got a London Fog latte and found it a little watery. It would be nice if they had reusable cups! Seems good for the average tea drinker interested in loose leaf tea.
I ventured over to this location for the first time today and was impressed by how organized and clean this tea shop is. I typically go to the location in South center and as always, attentive and very friendly staff. This has become my go to tea shop I love the selection and that it's local. I hold this shop in high regard and would recommend to anyone and everyone, tea lovers and novices alike. How do I give a 6th star?
