this scammer asking for an already paid debt sent them paid receipt but they keep harassing now i have to prove paid to all 3 CB some one made class action suit to those scammer please. INSANE

I recieved a letter stating that I owed a debt that i didnt know anything about. I called in today to sort it out. The woman who answered my call, answered while taking a huge yawn before saying hello or anything. I thought that was so rude and unprofessional. She didnt have the information on hand but is going to send it to me in the mail, so i guess my call was helpful. I was just so bothered by her loud yawn right in my ear. She could have just left me on hold.
This is actually the only pleasant experience I've ever had with a debt collection agency, they were all very nice and understanding with my financial situation and work with me on making my payment, they didn't report to my credit either which is amazing and I really respect that
If you got a letter from this company saying you owe them money, it may be a scam!
The woman I talked to was very kind and understanding. Helped me find the perfect payments that fit my budget and pay.
