We hired Jeff to do a pre-purchase marine and rig survey on a Caliber 40 sailboat. He was a pleasure to work with and a wealth of information. We were so impressed! He provided a verbal report with lots of insight and suggestions. He answered all our questions and was very patient. When we received the written report, we were blown away! It was comprehensive and well structured. It included a detailed review of the owner's maintenance records, system by system inventory and condition report, findings and recommendations.
