If you are looking to rent a hotel in Seattle, stay away from this place. It is a hassle to check in and checkout. There is no room service unless you stay for 2 weeks. They only provide you with 2 bath towels and 2 facial towels. I have asked for additional towels and they told me that is all the towels I will get for 1 week. I was speechless. The TV has a very bad reception. If you wants to get some sleep, stay away from this place. You. practically hear everything on the street from the train, the buses, the vehicle and the construction. In top of that, there is a 20 parking charge. There is no TV in the bedroom. I have 2 words for this place....worrible worrible.

If only I could give Icon Apartments more than 5 stars, I will!!! It's been almost a month now since I moved here and I have had a GREAT experience from beginning to end. I must admit - I was a little bit hesitant when I read the negative reviews but as a general rule: There's always two sides of the story and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I picked up the phone, inquired, setup an apartment viewing time and went through the rental application process --\u003e So happy I did!!! Lisa and Team are amazing to work with. Lisa have a tremendous, immense communication skills, friendly and very professional. She have kept me posted on where we at on the process of rental application either by sending me an email to follow-up or left me a voice message which I think was very vital especially during a pandemic/Covid-19 restrictions. About 3 weeks ago - there was a power outage here in Seattle due to wind storm and Lisa called letting me know that she didn't have internet and to reassured me that she didn't forget me/my application which was very thoughtful and considerate. From that moment - I knew this Company have a heart, they understand what we (potential new renter) are going through as well (waiting can be difficult sometimes). Then, Lisa have checked-in with me on numerous occasion to see how things are going and always remind me to call her or her team if I need anything and questions/inquiries are always welcome! That is Customer Service at its FINEST!!! Lisa's comment/gesture made me feel welcomed, appreciated and valued as a new tenant As far as the actual unit - Oh I am in heaven and I love everything about it! The building is very secure, the appliances are modern, water pressure is great and the other tenants are respectful! Thank you Icon Apartments for your warm and friendly way of welcoming the new tenant. SUPER great job, Lisa & Team!!! I am HOME! :)

Super modern, intelligent design and layout. Visited a corner apartment on an upper floor and the view was amazing! The bedroom had a sliding glass door and everything looked clean and new.

Scam Apartment!!! Stay away from this fraud!! We contacted the agent Lisa in September of 2020 to lease an apartment. Our application needed managers approval, after 3 weeks of waiting, we decided to withdraw our application and look for other options as we did not hear anything. The day we withdrew, Lisa, charged us for the refundable deposit. I called immediately but she was acting like she had not seen the withdrawal and she told us she was about to send us the lease. I told her no and that she should refund the (refundable)! Deposit. She confirmed. But of course, it did not happen! I sent her an e-mail but did not get a response. I disputed the charge and was credited by my bank. 1 month later, the bank contacted me and told me Icon was fighting it and because I had inserted my card number myself, I was responsible. I e-mailed Lisa back immediately, she played the fool again. I started threatening with contacting the DA( which I have now). After this threat, Karen ( Lisa’s manager) reached out and asked for time, I have given her few days. She assured me the check was now sent( this is early November) I waited 1 week but did not receive anything. I contacted Karen back and she gave me the excuse that it was sent to my previous property and that she’d sent it to my Seattle address. She gave me Black Friday as guaranteed date. I waited until December 3rd to contact her again. Still, no response! These people are criminals, they can’t get a check to somebody who lives six blocks down of them. Or, they simply don’t want to. They probably think I will give up but I am going to continue to fight and prevent other Americans from falling in their trap. Stay away from this fraud for the sake of your sanity!
