I had the hardest time finding an attorney no one returned calls or answered the phones. I was at the Social security office and saw his office across the hallway and I just walked in. The lady I spoke to was so nice and helpful. I got help immediately and had an appointment scheduled with David. I only had phone calls with him up until my hearing which I actually appreciated because I have so many appointments already so it was actually very helpful. When I hired him I was already at the hearing stage so I had done most of the work. After i won he got paid and this was in July. I still haven't and social security told me to contact his office when I did they said they wouldn't help me and told me to contact social security. I said did you already get paid they said yes. I said so since you got your money you won't help me get mine? Thats what i paid you for. The lady was very rude and disrespectful but then said they would contact them and call me to let me know what was going on. I said i need this money before January 1st otherwise i will have to claim it all next year and it will screw me. Anyways i haven't heard from them and i still haven't gotten my money. Guess what it is now past January 1st.
