Seasons did the flowers for my Mam's funeral and the staff were very helpful and understanding. They changed the flowers from the picture on line and the result was beautiful. It was easy to do over the phone and they sorted things with the Castle Court funeral directors without fuss. It made a difficult time easier, keeping us safe in COVID restrictions. Thanks to all the staff.

Ordered flowers via Interflora who use seasons florist Wow I am so filled with anger and disappointment!!! I ordered on behalf of my Father a dozen red roses to be delivered on Thursday 18 July their Diamond Wedding Anniversary. I had a confirmation email confirming all the details and the date of delivery To my horror the flowers were delivered today Friday 12 July The bouquet was 45 and delivery was 11. The roses were half dead and quite shocking to be honest. I rang Interflora straight away and was refunded my money thankfully Thank you so much Seasons florist for totally spoiling a lovely surprise. I will ensure my friends and family know how poor a service you offer
