Mitchell’s is the best mobile home dealer I have worked with. My salesman Kevin Wood was honest & informative. I felt like he truly listened to what I was looking for and gave me the best price possible. Other dealerships rushed me but Kevin was patient & helpful. I highly recommend asking for him when you go. They even let us ride a golf cart to look at all the homes, which was nice because my wife has bad knees & they have a huge lot. Our experience was great & if I ever need another home I won’t shop anywhere else. Thanks again, Kevin at Mitchell’s!

We have taken our Grandmother to a few different places looking for her a new home, so far everywhere has been exceptionally accommodating and helpful. That ended today when We took our Grandmother to look for a new home here. Butch price at Mitchell’s homes looked at our Grandmother and thought we didn’t have anything to offer. He only showed us one cheap house and then took us to look at repos. We even tried to look at the homes that were 70000 and up but when we tried to ask about those he just told us to have a good day and be careful traveling back home. Then rode off on his golf cart. This is already a very hard process because we recently lost my Grandfather so this would be the first home my Grandmother purchased without him. How she was treated and disregarded left her feeling very hurt and defeated. No one deserves to be treated the way we were treated today, ever. If it was possible to leave no stars, I would.

We bought a home from here new in 2018. To start off I practically had to beg for him to sell us a home. I had to hound them just to get the application process started. After approval Mitchell was rude just acted like he didnt have time for us. No one comes out on the lot or offers to answer questions. Finally a month of bugging him they were set to deliver so I happened to call and verify everything and they had no clue what home we purchased. They were gonna bring is the wrong one. After getting that fixed they got here with the home and they brought us the freaking demo. We were supposed to get a different one. The carpets were all nasty they threw a piece of the siding in our shower stall. They didn't strap the appliances down so they broke both refrigerator handles off and dented it and dented the stove as well as a big scratch on the dishwasher. There was a big hole in the ceiling in the entry way. I sent pics about appliances damaged and they called and asked what was wrong with them all they could see were a few dents. Well when u pay 50000 for a home you dont want damages appliances. They only replaced the handles on the refrigerator after me begging. Everytime the heater kicks on all the lights go dim until it kicks off like the wiring is too small. The hot water heater elements burned up within 6 months the plug ins fall out of the wall. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT MITCHELLS. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS SOMEWHERE THAT APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS. SO DISGUSTED! The only good things about the setup were the ac tech and the guys that put up underskirting and the guy who did the best he could fixing the repairs inside the home with the limited supply of materials. JUST SAYING DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. The bad outweighs the good. They more more bad reviews than good ones.

I bought a brand new trailer back in October 2018 and I will never buy another from Mitchell's. . I've had nothing but a headache. Everything has gone wrong with it. The refrigerator, dishwasher, ac/heater has all went out of it. The front and back door has never shut right and they never would fix it. The wall plugins fall out of the wall. The cabinet drawer was broken when we got it they refused to fix that as well. If I could give them a lower rating than a 1 I would.
