Wow the staff here are so rude! Didn't return call. Just a poor agency even the client asked to cut them out and go books in with them as they were not happy at all. Unbelievably poor. Search used to be an excellent recruitment agency but the poor choice in their own staff really says it all...

They have caused major disruptions to my business and are withholding over 1400 legally owed to me. The consultant Megan Trueman showed very limited knowledge about her role and the most communication I ever had with the company is when it was regarding their payments. They are very unpleasant to work with and rather than Megan resolving the queries , it was taken straight to the legal team and I am still awaiting a response or someone from management to help resolve this matter urgently. Red flags from the start - I highly do not recommend this company - too much time and resources have been wasted .
They are not bothered when it comes to sorting out your monies after you have worked. I have been shoved from pillar to post for the past 2 months for a mere 130 that belongs to me . I have literally begged for my money. Their rates are some of the lowest on the market for years and yes they have work but you are just as good as your last shift. They only like you when the know their shift is covered. Staff in their offices are very good at promising things they never follow up on. Have been with Search on and off for over 6 years and sometimes they are a disappointment.
Very, very poor customer relations. Initial meeting was great filled me with confidence. Put forward for jobs never heard a response. Had to keep calling to find out updates. Very rude & scathing Manager whom I spoke with. Please don't waste your time!!!
Pretty much the same as what other people are saying really. Job advertised and you apply. Never hear anything When you call and they say person dealing with job will phone back. They never do Typical lazy British work ethic, hope they enjoy the coffee. Better agencies like 24/7 but in general most agencies are poor like stafffinders also. AVOID. Best go direct and good luck
