Lovely staff always helpful well organised
like
Most of the team here are sensible. However, it only takes one to let the side down. At the entrance I was greeted by a helpful gentleman who helpfully decided that yes my trailer was about 6ft. However, one of the older staff decided that after I had nearly finished unloading would get his tape measure out. he preceded to measure the trailer at 200cm, just over what is allowed. Therefore I will not be allowed in again. Is it any wonder that SBC has such a big problem with fly tipping. A sensible approach had been taken already. It only takes one to swallow the rule book and make a customer irate!
Good site, doing a great job during the Covid workarounds. Staff are friendly and helpful always. Good range of recycling areas which means little goes to landfill/waste to energy.
