Pretty dire. Never enough staff on duty. No one has any regard for the length of queues outside. Staff just plod on in their own chatty, time-wasting style. There is no plan for people with heavy parcels whilst waiting in the rain at the end of a 15 person queue. Give it back to the State; privatisation has been a disaster. Once there were 5 or 6 window positions; now the floor space is full of tat with three windows, of which normally 1 or 2 are open.

Absolutely disgusted how staff advertise royal mail vans on social media after having a shunt instead of taking pictures why didn't they confront driver instead of shaming them all over the web

Friendly and efficient
I went to the Post Office to use the photocopier. I had to queue behind 6 people while they arranged postage for parcels etc. only to be told that the photocopier was not available/not working. There should have been a notice on the photocopier to advise this to save me waiting in the queue.
