We could not be happier, they were awesome with suggestions, I felt very comfortable with the two tradesman who installed the robes. They did a perfect job I'm in love with my robes. They listened to what I was looking for, communication was great. Thank you so much, see you when we do the walk in robes.

Worst service and follow ups ever. No communication skills at all by any staff. So over priced and worst customer service I have ever delt with. Shouldn’t take over 10 months to get a job half done and still waiting to get it finished. Would never recommend them to anybody if you want a job done in any reasonable time frame or reasonable price. All you get is excuses on the phone and no follow ups. “Always moving locations” seems to be the excuse . The “technicians” that come out have no idea of what they are even on site to do. And then make more mistakes on site which they refuse to fix because “not their problem” Stay well away. If I could give negative star rating then I would. But unfortunately I cannot.
