For anyone looking for a buzzy atmosphere, fabulous food and excellent service - sadly you will not find it here. And I say sadly because this place is beautiful and nicely located and so has so much potential! While the restaurant was completely booked, my partner and I were staying close by and decided to start our eveningapero with a drink and some tapas there and here is where the issues began: 1. Even though the sofa/lounge area was 50-75% empty, the lady at the front desk insisted we were not allowed to sit at those seats (rather on the small woven stools which do not work well for ladies in dresses!) because they were 'reserved for those eating in the restaurant' - we were actually fine with this despite it staying 50% empty. 2. Sitting in this segregated area made it so difficult to get served. Waiters/waitresses were bouncing too and from the restaurant and lounge area, completely bypassing us. We had to ask 3 times just to get a menu, which frankly is ridiculous. 4. Tapas was just average. 5. At the end of our experience, my partner went to share constructive feedback to the lady at the front desk who immediately became defensive and you could really sense the fear waiters/waitresses there had of her, which is probably why the service was appalling. In short, this place is not recommended. Find another beach club, or head to Costa Marina restaurant which is where we went (they too were fully booked that night but instead welcomed us with open arms, did everything to find us a table that evening and even gave us free digestives on the house as we were one of the last guests in the restaurant!).

The receptionist is an absolute nightmare and the service is absolutely overrated. They don’t reply to your calls or emails and when you finally arrive they have NO MANNERS. The decor is nice and classy, but the entrance staff is cheap. Pitty! Constructive ADVICE: An automatique reply could be put in place very easy and with minimum effort. Also, a better HR for the staff would not hurt

What an absolutely wonderful place - settle in for a delicious lunch with sand between your toes, fabulous view of the Med, have a swim or retire to a sun lounger 100/day - parking is 30/ deducted from your bill. Forget all that and just enjoy this spot better than Club55 in Saint Tropez by a mile because the people here are there from choice rather merely being seen. Unpretentious charm - but with a Cafe del Mare feel
