We compared different operators for whale watching and made the perfect choice with Sea Colors. The team of biologists has perfect knowledge of the ocean. They provide a lot of background and especially they are great at foreseeing the behaviour of the whales and dolphins. We spotted many and also had the chance to snorkel with dolphins while respecting their habitat. The boat was comfortable and perfect for the occasion. We were lucky to travel in a smaller group than all the other boats we crossed.

Totally recommended! We’ve spend 4 hours in the sea and we’ve watched two whales and many many dolphins! An amazing experience with super nice staff, Jasmine and Clara are very professional

Great experience! Jasmina and her team are very experienced, super friendly and highly motivated to give you a wonderful time seeing sea life without disturbing the animals. We were lucky to see sperm whales, flying fish and lots of dolphins (and could even swim with the dolphins). The groups are very small (we were only 7). We highly recommend doing a tour with Sea Colors Azores, it's absolutely worth it

It is difficult to explain the feeling. I whent with 3 friends and with us wass a couple on the boat to watch whales and dolphins. the explanation of what we could and could not find and also the safety tips were quick but informative. The biologist who talked to my group was very kind and explained that we could stay between 3 to 5 hours until we could see something. luckily we saw the first whales after about 1 hour, even so we swam a few times with golphinos after we saw them and took amazing pictures. When we where taking pictures they also took and explained that the pictures are part of a survey. I highly recommend a small boat as the interaction becomes much better and more personal. It is a matter of patience and a contact with nature. Me and my friends will try to return to Azores in March of April to observe the other types of whales.

We took a whale watching tour that turned up to include swimming with dolphins. We had been almost 4 hours on the boat and we saw a group of whales (with a baby) and dozens of dolphins. It was a great experience! The other companies didn't see whales on that day but maybe its luck.
