Truly delicious, classic fish and chips. Light, crispy batter, fresh, flavourful fish, cooked perfectly - flakey and tender. The chips were my personal idea of the perfect chippy chips, crispy edges with just the right amount of 'soggyness' (for want of a less appealing word). Huge portions - only order the large (cips) if you are a big eater or sharing. Friendly staff who seemed to cope well with a queue of people waiting to be fed - no one, myself included had to wait any longer than you would want or expect.

Woukd give zero stars if I could, absolutely awful. Coffee and scones, coffee so weak it was unbelievable, scones hot but lije concrete! They had been microwaved to freshen them up.
Good value helpful staff
Our first visit, we were greeted by friendly staff and pleasant, clean surroundings. The menu was extensive and prices competitive. There are customer toilets which were also clean and tidy. Street parking is directly outside with a pay car park near by. We were a little disappointed with long wait for food to arrive. The food was good quality but the portions were small, bearing in mind it's a fish and chip shop too. Well worth a visit with the children too.
A Turkish ran family, who has a cafe and a fish and chip shop in one. The food is beautiful, and the prices are fair and worth every penny. The family are very polite and their customer service is fantastic. Its worth a visit. Try their fish bites, its out of this world.
