It was a lovely evening around mid Jan, i decided to go alone to the fish bar as my kids were at their real dads. Anyway long story short i ordered cod and chips, only to be served one lettuce leaf and told i was too overweight to be considered for the fish. this left me utterly devastated, the lettuce leaf was quite tasty still but this dint help with my rising Blood pressure levels

Very quick service. Chips has fresh taste.
Check the back of the shop b4 buying here, over flowing bins, rats every where, its kin disgusting
Always lovely people and great, fresh food.
Decent portions (small cod and chips will feed one if very hungry, two if less hungry) but the chips could be crispier. Only tried the fish, but various other items are available. Cash only, but free cash machine is nearby by the co-op.
