Highly recommended. Used James and his team for a rebuild of an extension. The team were so professional, on site every day. The coordination of all the trades was seamless and the work was to a very high standard. Great communication, everything cleared away well, the building secured and weekly payments so you only pay for the work completed that week. Would definitely use SDP again.

Hi James, Many thanks for these fantastic photos. They do indeed look brilliant. It really does put my amateur efforts in to place but on the other hand they show our home in the most wonderful way. Let us also take this opportunity to thank you and your team. We are absolutely delighted with what you and your guys have done. You have helped us realise our vision for our dream house. From the outset we were confident that you would be able to deliver what we wanted, on schedule and within budget. The format of payments was excellent. We really appreciated your “can do” attitude and the way we were able to add items into the schedule as we realised that we needed to do more to our house to make it into our home. Your guys have been a pleasure to work with and we thank you for the care that they took working in our home. Also, watching your guys tackling some of the more ‘difficult’ tasks was truly exciting. Working through the development of the project, day by day with you on site, has been a pleasure , your attention and sense of humour have ensured that it has been a really great build. SDP recently completed our loft conversion, from start to finish they were superb! James and the team were incredibly open minded and friendly, they listened to all of our requirements. They kept us up to date with all progress and any amendments / changes which were required they offered options along with the pro / cons to each choice. Each day we were made aware of what they were doing and progress which had been made. They ensured the site was tidy and clean after each visit, which was important as we had to live in the house during the conversion. The finish was amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone doing any building work. Absolute pleasure and we will always look to use them in the future.
SDP Builders designed and fitted an amazing kitchen for us. The experience was great, the final result exceptional and would definitely use SDP again. Attention to detail was fantastic and they listened to us and did everything as we wanted. Recommended
James and team were always helpful and prompt. Workers turned up on time and just got on with the job with no fuss. James is very friendly and accessible at all times of the day and provides sensibly priced quotes. Happy to recommend.
