Took my car to have some damage estimated for repair. Spoke to a lovely guy on the phone then dealt with a lovely guy at their premises. Took my husband with me, to mitigate the inevitable prejudice women have to deal with every day, but I needn't have worried. The guy was pleasant, patient, informative, respectful and friendly. Could you want for anything more. Superb.
