Hi these guys are brilliant and their customer service is second to none. I have recently had an Aqualisa shower and enclosure fitted and needed advice on what to purchase. The team at Quality Bathrooms helped me to choose the correct shower and enclosure and it looks great! They even were able to show me what it would look like before I had made my decision. Highly recommended!

Correspondence exchanged with QB over a number of months trying to recoup 330 it cost rectifying poor quality electrical work and incorrect circuit design during electric shower upgrade as part of my bathroom installation. Fault had come to light over a 3 year period of pull switches failing due to overheating. QB at no point accepted any liability telling me the fitter employed a certified electrician . No proof was ever forthcoming to back up that claim with QB insisting wiring circuit was as per manufacturers instructions. I did inform QB nobody else entered my property during installation other than the fitters as I was there everyday .No response received to this. Citizens Advice informed me litigation would be difficult having gone against protocol by rectifying the problem myself prior to contacting QB but a section 75 claim through my credit card company may be my best course of action . This I did and after sending them all the correspondence I sent and received from QB they agreed that the electrical work was substandard and reimbursed me the 330 To all potential QB customers ensure all trades persons are qualified to do their task insist on documented proof Pay by credit card because if you can prove poor quality work you will get your money back A footnote to all this was I had to remove 3 tiles to facilitate the new wiring circuit and accidentally chipped my bath. This I mentioned to QB who advised a new bath was needed which they could supply at \ cost \ price (over 300 ) .I subsequently phoned the UK manufacturers of my bath who recommended \Cramer Bath Repair Kit \at 25. No prizes for which option I took

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone at Quality Bathrooms. They have just supplied & fitted our main bathroom master ensuite and new cloakroom. They are all wonderful. The advice we were given proved perfect. The bespoke furniture in the bathroom just fits perfect. We are overjoyed. Just read a negative review about this company and can only say that this was not our experience and we were recommended them by family members who have also had various work done by them. Please don’t be put off by the review as it is not a true reflection of the company or what they offer.
