Excellent service fitting a towbar to my new (pre owned) car. Fitted in 3 hours and they have done a very neat job. They even gave me a free courtesy car while they did the work. Highly recommended !

I had a damp test here as part of a caravan service. I was told that it needed 600 of remedial work and a warranty claim would be submitted to Eldiss. They agreed to pay for 90 minutes labour and Coopers asked me to pay 70 for \some bits\. The work related to part of the offside awning rail where the bonding had failed. The job was done o.k but I don't know where the 600 estimate came from or why I had to pay 70. All very strange..

Would only promise refund of the item and not my postage costs when the item was faulty upon arrival. Then sent me threatening emails. Not the kind of company I ever want to deal with again.

Superb. I had ordered a caravan part but ordered the wrong size. Phoned Coopers , sent back wrong parts, and they, very promptly , sent me the correct parts. They covered the cost of postage and also the higher cost of the correct parts. Cheerful and exemplary customer service.
