The store is always clean and tidy, prices and choice of products are good, but best of all - the cashier's are so consistently nice, polite, they speak!!!! they tell elderly customers, no rush. What an absolute refreshing change from the miserable, rude, snarling supermarket cashier's. Yes, we know about Covid, but Home Bargains Lakeside are different and treat customers with respect Thank you all

Speed of service was ok, selection is good. Only 1 out of 5 cashiers were wearing face coverings though, and with the recent change in law and a busy Saturday was very disheartening to see. Will not be shopping here again out of concern for safety.
The best staff at this store. Always willing to go out of their way to help. Fantastic customer service
A good selection of decent priced goods but on my visit except for a control rope enterance there was no evidence of covid precautions in place, no hand gel, spray for basket etc, no one way and quite a few shoppers without a mask. Because of this I have only given a low mark
No staff at any of the tills wearing masks or yousing hand sanitizer. It's law now and I don't believe that they are all except for health reasons, will never go their again and will always turn people away from that store,money over health, you have a big problem.
