I have never had service as exceptional as Kims. From the minute I walked into the stunning boutique all the way to the end and even during Covid, everything was outstanding. The cleanliness of the shop was second to none and during such a tough time for brides to be, Kim really made it an experience I won't ever forget. The attention to detail at the beginning of the appointment, actually taking the time to get to know me as a person and not just another customer, was a beautiful touch. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND! They very kindly fit us in last minute late on on Saturday, meaning I could look at 2 wedding boutiques in one day. Kim who looked after us was very warm and welcoming with a personal touch, but still very professional. She listened to exactly what kind of style I love and picked out the perfect style dress for what I was looking for, and is also making it bespoke for me with a slight tweak on the design, so nobody else will have the exact same dress as me! I can't wait to return for my final fitting, I didn't want to take the dress off! Thank you Kim for making the evening very special, and for the lovely free 'Elizabeth Kate Bride' tote bag and magazine :)
Was amazing even to go before covid lockdown kicked in again was prepared and had a great time trying on dresses and even walked away last night with my dress was amazing the range and styles and how I was helped find the right dress to say yes too xx

Can't recommend Elizabeth Kate highly enough. By far the nicest wedding dress shopping experience I have had (and I have been to few). The attention to detail, dress selection and clever alterations to make your dress simply perfect have probably been the things I have been most impressed by.
