This is a lovely place to eat and drink. 1) There's Ample of road parking. 2) They are handling COVID19 very well, with a traffic light system for toilets and the venue is big enough to currently socially distance with parties of six ( OCT 31st rules ) 3) The food is of a nice quality and they have a good selection of beers. It's a place that is worth visiting if your in the area or if you are looking for food options near Fakenham 4) The pulled brisket topping on their burgers are a nice touch! 5) It's themed like a national chain ( it's not one ) but still feels like a local bistro. I would recommend this place and my only regret was I wasn't staying long enough for Pizza or takeaway

We were staying in Sculthorpe and tried out the aviator five minutes away from our cottage. The unpretentious setting hides a very good menu. I just adored my beetroot steak and goat’s cheese (I’m not even vegetarian) and the blueberries cheesecake was to die for. The service was suitably friendly even during a local blackout. I strongly recommend the place. Good luck with everything.

First visit under new ownership and a great pity the second lockdown begins so soon! Excellent food, lovely local game terrine and 12hr pork belly and friendly, efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and only sorry I can't return now until early December earliest!
Nice family meal here tonight. Excellent decor, good drinks selection and lovely food. Kids enjoyed it and so did the grown ups! Food was a mix of pub classics plus daily specials. We opted for the seafood risotto and grilled goats cheese salad which were both decent.
