Absolutely phenomenal service from Sam! The one and only groomer we use for our cocker spaniel, we have always been able to get an appointment within a week. This flexibility and accommodating nature is rarely seen and Scruffs have worked hard to fit us in. When dropping our dog off, we know that Scruffs show care and attention to his needs and he is always chuffed to visit!

A lovely lady with a great memory - she remembered my dog from his last clip 3 years ago! AND she was still willing to clip him again. She has done a wonderful job and he looks fantastic. I can not recommend her highly enough. I would never consider using anyone else.
