The receptionist lady was really friendly and helpful, and there was a good amount of choice when it came to glasses. The first optician was a bit of a grump but the second one I saw was much nicer. They told me different strengths for my contact lenses though so I'm a bit confused. But on the whole it was a good service.
I like going here the people are very nice and friendly .Also very helpful with any problems with your glasses .I reccomend them very much
Booked an appointment turned up 5 mins before to be told they're actually 30 mins behind. People make an appointment for a reason! Because that time suits them that day. If I'd of wanted a 2.30 appointment I'd of made it. Maybe the people that turn up late should be told to make another appointment rather than delay everyone else! It's like businesses don't want your custom these days!
