Excellent service by the staff. Very knowledgeable opthalthmologist helped me with my problem with my eye health condition. Something I did not get with another high street optician.
Had my eyes tested and hearing test done all professional friendly and so helpfull so glad I went to them and the lady who does hearing test has made sure I'm 100% happy with my new hearing aids and nothing was any problem thanks so much
Initial handling by staff when arranging contacts were good. However after sales was a bit........ I went in to see about some possible faulty lenses the sales girl was only interested in exchanging one months worth. I feel I will be there again soon trying to get the other months sorted out as new customer got three months lenses in one go, all the same batch number
As always staff here are very helpful and informative. Will always come here, forget the rest, they don't have the quality products.
