Quite straight forward. There was no one at the entrance. The queue ran from near the tills to the outside of the store. There were markings for social distancing. Although 2 individuals were serving but with one queue(maintaining the one-way discipline) The custom service agent was helpful. She slipped away to get a trolley for me. Quite courteous. The shop floor is quite small. Overall a convenient and straight forward experience. Parking space isn't much but a plus is having Asda and Morrisons at a stone's throw. For a short period, their space can be used alongside a bit if groceries.

A very good screwfix in collindale. Bought and ordered a Dewalt drill online and it was ready to collect in 2 minutes at 10pm. Had a fault with drill in a few weeks but screwfix kindly replaced the parts with no questions and was hassle free. Very good service from screwfix. Highly recommend their Dewalt drill which is quite powerful.
Good place and good prices for almost everything. Easy to park. Staffs are polite and friendly.
Very nice stuff, very polite, check the stock before you go to buy, or reserve your product online first, some time happens to not have everything in stocks.
