Screwfix usually offer excellent customer service ! However on this occasion the individual who is of large build with ginger hair on the counter was somewhat extremely rude and a bad representation for Screwfix! Time of visit 16:15 on Tuesday 11th August! He could learn a lot from other branches locally although I don't think he would last long with his current attitude ! Shape up mate.
