Great when the stock is in, but sometimes debatable if only part orders arrive, no confirmation for second half of order, doesn't always arrive on date stated on collection note and sometimes credited no refunded if the items do not come in, then need to call the customer service number to ask for a refund, a lot more time consuming than the initial click and collect concept. Also when online and ordering, their website doesn't always accept a PayPal payment so be prepared to have your card at hand and also be prepared that's sometimes that doesn't work either.

This is a good and COVID SAFE place to shop. Order on line and pick up in store. Once order is completed, they will message you when ready to pick up. No need to go there before hand. Couldn't be simplier. They would only let you in where a position is free to attend to your needs. My opinion,,, 5 stars
