Slick service in store with the staff very helpful and professional - whether 'just give me my order ending 1234, thanks - I'm in a rush and ran out on this job, see you Monday, cheers Chris' or the more B&Q (same parent company, Kingfisher) like 'I need something to fit this....'. Also happy to refund on items bought in excess/'in case I break one' by looking up the receipt electronically (less paper to manage! Yey!).
