Ordered a Staple gun and they never had it in stock so my second choice order they never had that. I ended up with my or his third choice Ordered staples none in stock ended up with some other stuff I may have saved 15 but it was not what I wanted

Very poor, wanted a refund on 1 item which they did minus the vat, checked this with customer service and I should have received a full refund, always check the amount they refund you, I reckon the Christmas party will be great with all the vat money they keep
