Apart from the quality of a product, what sets a company apart from its competitors? It’s the customer service and Dana at Screwfix Swadlincote is the perfect example of a wonderful brand ambassador, she was incredibly helpful when my wife, baby boy and myself came in to buy an outdoor light. She introduced herself, allowed us to compare a couple of items for colour reference and clearly talked us through the product and explained the benefits of having an account with them, all whilst engaging with my son and wife as we played tag team as he wanted to explore. She should be commended on a fantastic job.
