Disgusted with the attitude at Sittingbourne screwfiix i purchased 6 heavy shelving units they are unable to deliver so i paid in advance went to collect they were no help at all to load even though i am 73 years old with heart failure it was only with the help of a young lady who was waiting in the queue that they were put into my vehicle screwfix get zero vfor customer care
Brilliant staff, being a young girl I didn't have any idea what I was looking for to complete my DIY! Cannot complain at all
Only click and collect at the moment. In my view this works fine. Queue outside, sanitizer available before going in. Good social distancing. Have your order number handy for quick service.
Ordered click and collect. Efficient system. Huge sign saying this store click and collect only.... 4 people in queue in front of me all wanting to shop without ordering. Feel sorry for staff. Why people can't read such big signs is unbelievable. Not store fault for lack of education of customers.
