They weren't volunteering any help. Really lacked interpersonal skills. I had forgotten to note the code of the items I needed but I did have a full description. I was handed a catalogue to find the item codes. I had to ask if someone could lift the radiators into my car but was told that they weren't supposed to by the saleswoman. I clearly wouldn't able to lift them so they had 2 choices. Thankfully, the chap who pushed them out put them into my car. Very poor customer care.
Always great service from the Retford team. They even direct me to an alternative shop when they hadn’t the stock I needed. I keep returning due to old fashioned service. Well done.
