The staff are very friendly. Order online and pickup most items within the hour. For some items you may have to wait 24 to 48 hours. Great service.
Absolutely awful customer service from one member of staff. Asked for help and was told they aren’t supposed to help customers as we are in the middle of a pandemic. As I explained I was very aware of that as I’ve worked right through it!! Won’t be going back anytime soon and this was a duty manager!!!
Great company, awful staff. I’m lucky to be served by the same young, pretty blonde lady every time I visit the store and she seems to be the only person who is capable of work! All other members are staff are always gathered just out of sight of customers gossiping, and seem to run off when customers are in the store. They may benefit from hiring people who aren’t as workshy as the people who are there now! They are very lucky to have the one lady that serves me and I’d be sad to see her go. Avoid if you want to be ignored and waiting for ages to be served, the young girl can only get through some many customers on her own!!!!!!!!
