Once my message came through to collect my items, everything else was straight forward enough. First class service and correct pandemic procedures were fully observed

Bought 2 bags of post crete 1 bag was damaged had been taped as some of the contents leaked out.. they were very rude as I tried to explain I'm not paying full price on a damaged product.. but in the end I walked out with it as I was not getting anywhere with them and tempers were rising....
Always good service here. Covid restrictions work well.
