Went in to collect items for my boyfriend. Had all the collection details. Karl Branch Manager questioned address. I paused and gave my answer. He accused me of looking at the screen. And then demanded identification. I gave my identification with correct address. He refused my collection. Another woman beside me came in for collection and was given her items with question or identification. Because of my accent I was discriminated against. I will not be back to this store.
Well organised and staff is very nice and helpful
Staff very helpful and friendly. Online was a bit of a pain. In Northern Ireland for a few days tried to buy an item click & collect but because I didn't have a UK phone number I couldn't complete my purchase. Luckily the young lady in the shop was able to help and I got my item.
Fast efficient service. Good value for most products.
