Great service today. Had no idea what the masked chap was saying behind the perspex shield as I'm deaf and not a regular customer to know the drill. I told him this and he promptly dropped his mask so that I could lip read well done this made my dreaded experience today so much better. Thankyou it was a massive help, if only all stores would be so accomodating

Good value products and friendly service from staff, although it took some time to get someone to come to the counter to serve.
Not happy with customers of screwfix not being challenged to wear a mask. Apparently, they are not allowed to even ask if anyone has a mask or they will be disciplined, so anyone can now go inside without having to wear one. Not very safe for staff or customers.
