It's expensive and the employees don't really wanna help. If you don't give them a specific part number they couldn't care less. Toolstation is much better and you'll get better help aswell

Everything was alright apart from the store leaving a few catalogues outside with pencils which multiple people use. Otherwise reasonable covid arrangement. Customer service just okay, nothing to commend.
