I ordered today . The young man acted like I was bothering him with the order. I ordered 8 pretzel dogs all were under cooked and raw on the inside. So sad because I have never had an experience like this at this location! For what I paid we could have went and had a sit down meal for a little bit more!

Get the cream cheese filled everything pretzel ....so yummy . This pretzel factory has more than just pretzels. And try the candy store too (down the road)

Just called to place an order. Website says close at 7PM, employee says 6, then I asked for a pickup at 545, since they close at 6 because I would like to have them still warm, but was told they stop pickups at 530. Why couldn't you pick up 15 minutes later if establishment closes 30 minutes later. Went to place order and was told they don't have the hotdogs that goes with the order. I understand with COVID that items are short but telling me the hours of being open and service hours is ridiculous. I really enjoy there food, because I've ordered there before but I really don't think I will be ordering again. Sorry.

Very awesome employees. The pretzels are amazing and super great prices for them. The only thing I wish they would do is bring back the cinnamon pretzels with the different icing dips. Please lol
