Dr Kaufman is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. He is extremely thorough, wants to research alternative solutions and diagnosis, and actually listens to his patients. He does often run late because he spends quality time with each patient. You can check on on the phone and his staff are happy to not only estimate delay, but will call you on your phone 30 minutes before he a really can see you. He is worth the wait and the staff accommodation with any delays is very convenient.

In my opinion, Dr. Kaufman is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Even though he runs behind in his schedule, it is well worth it. He is never rushed, spends more than adequate time with his patients and I love his laid-back demeanor. He’s not only knowledgeable and courteous, but he works with his patients in finding the best solution or care for them. I wouldn’t trade him for the world. So you have a choice. You either go to a doctor that is usually never on time anyway, only spend 10 minutes with you after waiting however long, and walk out of their office feeling that you didn’t have your questions answered or felt like you weren’t in good hands. That is definitely the opposite with Dr. Kaufman. He is a godsend In my book. Also, his office staff are extremely courteous and kind.

Dr Kaufman is diligent brilliant and finally helping me after I've been brushed off for the last 18 years by other doctors. My wait time was excessive but that was because I did not follow the instructions, And call one hour before my appointment time. Luckily his office is across from an extensive shopping area and I had time to sit down and eat fill out my paperwork in my car and relax. So before there's any complaints about the wait time make sure you call an hour ahead and if you're coming from far away and you need to wait know that there are places to wait and eat just to block up and on your left inside a plaza. Anyways this is not the kind of doctor that you want to spend 5 minutes with. This is your brain were talking about. You wouldn't want a doctor that runs in runs out and just throws some medication at you. Taking an extensive history is important in the proper diagnosis to keep you healthy and mobile and functional and treated correctly because I'm assuming if you're anything like me you've been misdiagnosed and mistreated for a really long time But guess what Now you're in the right hands. Well I'm still in my diagnostic process I did walk out with some diagnosis things I suffered from that I didn't know had names attached to them and just that in itself has already given me great relief. So I would say the trade-off for some wait time is immeasurable already. I look forward to my further treatment with Dr Kaufman and I suggest everybody meet with this prodigy and gift to the medical community if they suffer from any neurological issues. His non-judgmentalness patience attentiveness and very obvious knowledge is well worth it. A preemptive thank you, Rachel

Everything about this practice was outstanding. The office staff were always friendly and quick to act on everything I brought to their attention. Dr. Kaufman himself is a very detailed and thorough neurologist who asked about every symptom, patiently explained every test result and answered every question I had. He was also incredibly helpful in dealing with the financial issues of copay for medication and MRIs, and he isn't afraid to refer to other specialists or admit when he doesn't know something. I felt that he was more concerned about my health than I was, which is quite a feat. Yes, the wait times can be lengthy, but if you call the front desk before you go they will give you an honest appraisal of how far behind schedule the clinic is running. Or you can see how many office visits it takes to read 'War and Peace' cover to cover.
