Extremely popular and for a good reason - or several good reasons. It is a one-stop destination for shopping and dining. Furniture, clothing, gifts etc. And so many good eats! Easy access from every direction and adequate parking. You can easily spend s much time wandering around as you like without repeating your path or running out of fun spots to investigate.

In A Nutshell: -Kierland Commons is a nice outdoor mall that features high-end shopping mixed w/ residential & restaurants. -It's a nice place to hang out during lunch or in the evenings to grab a bite to eat, a drink w/ friends & to people watch. -Parking is plentiful. Overall, this is a nice place to hang out if you live in Scottsdale.

Outdoor mall with lots of nice restaurants and shops, much like the Scottsdale Quarter across the street. Both are great and I come to both often to spend time with my family. I suppose Kierland has a bit more of an upscale vibe to it. Parking is usually not a problem and there’s a nice little crosswalk to take you in between here and the Quarter.
